DOMESTIC DELIVERY
To United States: $14.00 for orders under $100.00. (Includes Route Package Protection)
Free delivery + $2.00 Route Package Protection charge for all orders over $100.00.
Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will be processed that day.
Delivery takes between 5-10 working days*, excluding national holidays.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
To Canada: $22.00 for orders under $200.00. (Includes Route Package Protection)
To the Rest of World: $27.00 for orders under $200.00. (Includes Route Package Protection)

Delivery takes between 8-16 working days*, excluding national holidays.
*Shipping times are to be used as a guide only, Sackville & Co. cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or global shipping related delays.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Any applicable Duties & Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges. Please note international customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable. If duties and taxes are not paid the shipment will not be delivered. The shipment will then be Returned to Sender and refunds will be eligible excluding all shipping charges.
RETURNED TO SENDER SHIPMENTS
Sackville & Co. is not responsible for the reshipment of an order that has been issued Return to Sender status. Return to Sender shipments are also not covered by Route Package Protection. A shipment may be issued to be returned to the sender if the delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailable to sign for delivery, refusal, incorrect address, unpaid import fees, or post office pick up expiry. Please contact the carrier to determine the reasoning. Sackville & Co. will reimburse only the cost of the products ordered minus a RTS fee of $20USD for domestic order and International orders as billed. Sackville & Co. is not responsible for a reshipment of your order, please place a new order on the website.
LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS MARKED DELIVERED
Sackville & Co. is not responsible for shipments lost or stolen in transit. Please submit a claim with Route Package Insurance.
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
- Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
- For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
- For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
