RETURN POLICY
All sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged (an absolutely rare circumstance), please email us at hello@sackvilleandco.com. Please provide a photo of the damaged item beside the packaging that you received it in and the sales receipt.
To qualify for an exchange, email us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged delivery at hello@sackvilleandco.com – please include your order number.
